Tumblast Shot Blasting Machine

The Tumblast Shot Blasting Machine is designed for batch cleaning of small to medium-sized components that can tumble freely during the blasting process. Workpieces are loaded into a rubber or steel conveyor belt drum, which rotates to expose all surfaces to high-speed abrasive shots. With capacities ranging from 100 kg to 1000 kg per batch, the machine ensures uniform cleaning, descaling, and surface preparation. Blast wheels (typically 7.5 kW to 15 kW) provide powerful abrasive flow, while an integrated dust collector maintains environmental safety. It is widely used for die-cast parts, forgings, fasteners, and other mass-produced components in various industries.
